Follows up and documents over the phone employees with COVID tracking. Processes, Verifies and maintain Personnel documentation (including departmental files for various documents and correspondence and policy/benefit packet preparation). Monitors the HR phone line and e-mail boxes and routes as appropriate. Responds to inquiries from employees, customers and vendors. Routes Personnel Action Forms (PAFs), Monitors directs correspondence from internal and external sources to correct HR team member, assists with various projects as assigned. Provides clerical and operational support to other human resource staff. Produces interview packets by creating, coordinating, printing and compiling documents, resumes and test results, etc. Assists with hiring and staffing activities such as maintaining zoom licenses, scheduling, hosting interviews, testing (including drug & alcohol), proctoring tests. Resolves common difficulties for employees. Provides support while protecting the confidentiality of sensitive or privileged information. Many transactions are time sensitive in nature and directly impact employee engagement. Performs basic HRIS data entry (such as address/ID Badge changes) and employee file maintenance (electronic and manual).
